ESTERILIZANDO & MAQUILANDO SAS, was founded on November 30th, 1988 as a small business in Bogota, Colombia, South America.Our manufacturing facility specializes in the production of three main commercial lines. Our Medical line serves the medical and dental industries composed primarily of disposable garments both sterile and non-sterile using 50g to 55g non-woven SMS fabric.
The Sterile Surgical line manufactures and assembles sterile kits for hospital and surgical center’s operating rooms. And last but not least, our Promotional line makes all types of disposable items for promotional and advertising purposes to all market segments.
Our facility obtained ISO9001 certification in 2000 guaranteeing that our processes and products fulfill standards established worldwide.
In 2002 we expanded our operations by becoming an international manufacturing and marketing facility.
In 2007 we will be opening our United States sales offices, to expand our increasing international business.
Our mission is to fulfill the needs of companies both home and abroad in the medical sector with quality disposable surgical products manufactured with the highest standards with non woven SMS material. Also develop the use of our disposable non-woven 70g fabrics in a variety of colors for promotional and advertising purposes.

In addition, our staff of qualified personnel in the manufacturing and packaging areas along with our systems of total quality control has allowed us to become pioneers in the manufacture of surgical garments and ancillary items in the country and to be the first exporting Colombian company of these products.
